He
has trained with artisans in Carrara, Italy, and Proctor, Vermont,
and graduated with Honors from Massachusetts College of Art in 1991,
with a Bachelors Degree in Fine Arts. Since graduation, Jay has
created a unique line of gargoyles and statuary under the name of
JWH Studio, which he has marketed and sold across the country in
fine gift shops and galleries. He continues to create new works in
plaster, which are added to this collectable body of work.
As
the current President of the New England Sculptors Association, Jay
is pouring his creativity into the many aspects of his art, and is
once again concentrating on his fine stone carvings, which are being
exhibited locally and across the country.
